Take a break

It's mid week and you know what that means....you've been all go for too long, it's time to fit in a little you-time break. 
Take five or more if you have too to recoup, restore and revitalise to get you through to Friday.

Pick your fave relaxation activity and find a way to place it fair and square into your day somewhere today!
